Wrist Pain and Grounding

I have been trying to do at least 45 minutes of grounding each day.  As part of my quest to balance my hormones, yesterday I grounded for at least 10 minutes every 2 hours.  I also found time to do some longer grounding, including about 20 minutes to see if it would relieve some pain in my arm.  I was feeling some numbness and aching in my right wrist so I spent 20 minutes with my arm in the grass to see if it would help relieve the pain.  Sure enough, the pain gradually went away.  The benefit of localized grounding was very impressive!  I will definitely be trying that again!!
