For Several Decades
- Painful leg cramps in my calves when I stretch and lengthen my feet in the morning
- Relief from leg cramps after taking 2 Krebs Magnesium(250 mg)-Potassium(100 mg) Chelates tablets
- Ran out of Magnesium-Potassium Chelate tablets
- Painful leg cramps
- Found weakness in Peroneus, Anterior Tibial muscles in the lower leg
- Found weakness in Fascia Lata, Hamstrings, Quadratus Lumborum muscles in leg and above hip
- Strengthen weak muscles
- Have not taken any Magnesium-Potassium tablets for several weeks
- No leg cramps for over 1 week
- I continue to be amazed at the affects of increasing circulation by balancing weak muscles
