How to do a Scan from Home


How to do an NES Health Scan from Home

  1. After you purchase the NES Health MiHealth Pro or NES Health Scanner, an account will be created with your name, email, address, and phone# in the NES Health Portal and then you will receive an email from NES Health with your login details.
  2. Follow the instructions in the email to log in to the NES Health Portal 
  3. Click on "Resources" then "Download Scan Software" (circled in red below)

      4. Choose Windows or Mac version of the software and save (notice what folder it is saved in so you can find it later).

  1. Plug one end of the cord into the scanner and plug the other end of the cord into the USB port or sync your Bluetooth capable NES scanner to your device with the downloaded software.
  2. Click on the BioSync icon for the software you downloaded onto your device: 
  3. Click on "Scan:
  4. Enter Username (your email) and Password (refer to the email you received from NES Health):

  5. Place the fingers of one hand on the top of the hand scanner (with 1 finger lying on the dot on the top).
  6. Use your other hand to click start scan while keeping your hand on the scanner until it finishes.
  7. Keep your hand that is placed on the scanner there until the scan is finished (after your scan is done, the screen will say that it has been sent to the practitioner).


  8. After I review your scan with you by phone or Skype or Zoom, you will then have access to the NES Health Portal where you can look at your scan screens anytime you would like.

After your scan consultation, you will be able to see the many screens and information at any time you would like to in the future through your portal account.  Clients often refer back to the mind screen to find positive affirmations.  There is also a screen for recommendations that will show you all of your personal priorities from your scan.

Scanning with our App and Mobile Scanner

You can also scan using our app if you have a smartphone with Bluetooth and a mobile scanner. Here’s how:

Download the Energy4Life app from either the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (depending on whether you have an Apple or Android device).

 App Usage

  • Install the app on your phone as you would any other app. Open the app.
  • You will be asked to login to the app. You should use your normal Portal login with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your login information, please use the password reset function at portal.neshealth.com
  • If you are a client and cannot remember the email address associated with your account, please contact your practitioner and request the email address on file. Then follow the password reset process.
  • You should now touch the top of your scanner. A green light should come on and a short vibration should be felt.
  • If this doesn’t happen, please ensure your scanner is charged by plugging it into a computer or USB plug with the supplied cable. The device light will flash red when charging. The light will turn solid red when charging is completed.
  • Once logged in, press Scan:

  • You will be asked if you wish to proceed following a confirmation message.
  • Your app may ask permission to use Bluetooth. Click OK or Allow.
  • Your app will then start scanning for devices. All devices have a unique code. The mobile scanner code starts with “NES” so it should be easy to find if you only have one in the room. If you have multiple devices turned on, check the bottom of your device for the unique code.
  • Once the device is identified by the app, click “Pair Device” in the app. The light on your scanner will turn blue.

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to place your hand on the device to start scanning. We recommend placing your device and scanner on a flat surface to make it easier when using two hands. Please keep your hand on the device throughout the duration of the progress bar and until it is indicated that the scan is completed.
  • Your scan will automatically be sent to your practitioner once the process has completed.
