Calming Stress Quickly

Holding the Neurovascular Points found on the face and scalp increases the blood flow to specific organs in the body which has a positive effect on those organ's functions.  They were discovered by Dr. Terence Bennett in the 1930's.  Bennett was able to observe these findings by touching various points and seeing the reaction it caused under x-ray fluoroscopy and he spent countless hours recording his points and findings.  Unfortunately for Bennett, his research took his life when he passed away from radiation poisoning.

We are blessed to have this information that we can use for our own health benefits.  Here is a chart of the Neurovascular Points and what organs they affect.




HOW I HAVE USED NEUROVASCULAR POINTS

MIGRAINES: 
1) Hold the top of the head (Liver, Gall Bladder, Lungs, Heart, Central Meridians) 
2) Hold the largest part of the skull near the top and back of the head (Large and Small Intestines, Circulation/Sex, Kidney Meridians) 
3) Hold behind the ears (Circulation/Sex Meridian)
4) Hold at the base of the skull (Kidney Meridian)
Hold for as long as needed.  You can also hold additional points if needed. 

Give this a try, if you suffer from migraines, you know how much preventing them is a gift.
The neurovascular points increase the energy and circulation to the head.  This works wonderfully, especially if you do it early.  Migraine pain is from the blood vessels in the head expanding because of lack of blood flow and thus oxygen to the brain.  Holding the neurovascular points on the head will increase the blood flow to the head.

LETTING GO OF WORRY AND ANGER:
1) Place one hand on your forehead while
2) Placing the other hand on the base of the back of your skull

If I vent my frustration (even just by thinking about it), while holding these points, it will help the body be calm while thinking about the problem.  If you then think about a solution to the problem, letting go of what you can't control and thinking of what the best thing for you to do would be, this can even help the physical pain.  

I have used this for pain in my wrists and found relief after just 15 minutes of thinking the problem through while holding these points. The problem had to do with my using my wrists too much because was doing someone else's job when I should not have been.  Part of the solution was to stop doing that but what surprised me was that the pain went away just by thinking about the solution and calming the body with neurovascular points. 

CALMING THE STRESS RESPONSE:
1) Put both thumbs on the triple warmer points in front of the ears WHILE
2) Resting the pads of all fingers on the forehead

In the fight or flight response to stress, blood leaves the head and goes to the arms to fight or to the legs for flight.  This has a negative effect on the brain, causing the body to release many chemicals that are stressful on the body and it interrupts the thinking process. 

I used this to let go of frustration from another's actions.  This was my first experience using neurovascular points and it taught me the power they have to relieve stress. 

PAIN IN LOWER AREAS OF THE BODY:

Pain is when there is too much energy, getting the energy moving up and through your neck and head will help to disperse that energy.   This is a great way to calm the pain in another area of the body.

Using a Pulse Electromagnetic Field Device to help Cleanse Lymphatic System

Instructions
1.  Turn on your miHealth device
2.   Select an initial function from the Energy folder: Matrix Carrier or Recharge

5.   Move to position #1 at the right ankle
6.   Start the miHealth device (adjust intensity level, if using on-body mode)
7.   Draw small, clockwise circles from the right ankle towards the heart area (see picture)
8.   Repeat this pattern for 2 minutes
9.   Move to position #2 at the left ankle
10.  Draw small, clockwise circles from the left ankle towards the heart area (see picture)
11.  Repeat this pattern for 2 minutes
12.  Move to position #3 at the left wrist
13.  Draw small, clockwise circles from the left wrist towards the heart area (see picture)
14.  Repeat this pattern for 2 minutes
15.  Move to position #4 at the right wrist
16.  Draw small, clockwise circles from the right wrist towards the heart area (see picture)
17.  Repeat this pattern for 2 minutes
18.  Stop the miHealth device
19.  Select a new function from the Physical folder: BioCell or Physical Rejuvenation
20.  Repeat steps 3 through 18
